Course info

This course focuses on the role of the nurse in public health and evidence-based practice. Students explore the research process and begin to evaluate research to further develop skills for evidence-based nursing practice. Practicum experiences provide the opportunity to perform a holistic community assessment and to partner with a community to improve health.
